Surface treatment with dry ice
Hydrojet Dry ice is a procedure, with which -78° C cold dry ice pellets with high speed are shot at the surfaces which can be cleaned. When striking the surface the pellets sublimate and solve so the impurities, without blast grain residues stay. .
Benefits of Hydrojet-technology:
| - | No blast grain residues. | | - | Cleaning in the current manufacturing process possible. | | - | Decrease of downtimes. | | - | Cleaning also within with difficulty accessible ranges. |
Areas of application:
| - | Fire damage reorganization. | | - | Cleaning in the current manufacturing process possible. | | - | Cleaning of forms in the corrosion protection of ships/ building/rubber industry |
